Click-to-Call is a tool placed on your company website to enable instant telephonic access to potential customers browsing the website. The aim is to convert internet searchers into callers. Click-to-Call can also be integrated in the signature of your
emails.
How it looks... (and its live to test!)
A text box and telephone icon (you have different options of phone icons to use - click to view our examples), like the one right above this paragraph, will be integrated on your web site by your website developer together with a personalized prompt for a visitor to enter their telephone number when they require additional information or assistance. When a visitor to your site enters their number in the text box, clicks on the “Call me Back” button (the blue button with the small telephone), the service will immediately ring your office number(s). This could be a sales person or a technical assistant.
Up to 4 different numbers can be specified. If number one is busy or not answered, an attempt will be made to connect to the second number. This will be done for up to 4 numbers, if none is answered. The final option is a voice message, after which an email will be sent to your office to notify you of an attempted phone call. If the first attempt is answered by your staff, a call will instantaneously be established back to your web site visitor. All this within 20 seconds! You can engage the prospect before they even leave your website.

Features...
- 20-second call setup time if the “office” number is answered immediately;
- Voice calls are set up in South Africa for South African subscribers. (Other VoIP (“Voice over IP”) service providers route via Europe or the USA). This causes better call quality.
- Different company telephone numbers (landline, cell phones or VoIP phones) can be specified for Workdays, Saturdays and Sundays;
- Up to four time-of-day categories can be specified to ring specific company telephone numbers at different times of the day (this ensures that no lead is lost, no matter what time of day);
- A calling list of up to four numbers can be specified for each category above. This is necessary for when a number is busy, unavailable or ringing longer than a specified time;
- If none of the listed numbers are available, a voice recording will be played back to the visitor;
- E-mails are generated to a specified company E-mail address with each call generated from the web site. If the call was successful, it will provide the info, and if not, the reason for the failure;
- Click-to-Call implements least-cost-routing, which means it sets up the call on the lowest possible call charge;
- Calls are billed to the web site owner using true per-second billing;
- A billing record is E-mailed to the website owner monthly;
